Hamari body purani aadaton, dard, posture aur thakan ko le kar chalti hai.
Aur hamara mind future ke stress, planning aur overthinking se bhara rehta hai.

Yoga ek bridge hai jo mind aur body dono ko ek moment mein laata hai: ‘NOW’.

Jab hum Surya Namaskar ya Vajrasana mein hote hain, hum apne physical body ko feel karte hain.
Jab hum saans par dhyaan dete hain, hum mind ko calm karte hain.

💡 Us waqt na hum past mein hote hain, na future mein, hum sirf “abhi” mein hote hain.

Aur wahi “abhi” sabse powerful jagah hoti hai, jahan healing, peace aur energy milti hai.
