Yoga aur Meditation sirf exercise ya silence nahi hote, yeh ek journey hai khud ke saath. Jab hum apne saans par dhyaan dete hain, apne body ko stretch karte hain, toh hum sirf fit nahi bante balki hum andar se strong aur shaant bhi bante hain.

Meditation help karta hai mann ko shaant karne mein. Din bhar ke stress, anxiety aur tension ko dheere-dheere door karta hai. Sirf kuch minute daily shant baithkar, hum apne emotions aur soch ko balance kar sakte hain.

Yoga body ke har part ko active karta hai example ke taur par flexibility, strength, aur energy badhata hai. Yeh ek natural therapy hai jo mind aur body dono ko heal karti hai.
